Marvin R. O'Koon

Marvin O'Koon began his legal career in 1972 after graduating from the University of Louisville Law School. He concentrates his practice in Business Litigation, Business Formation, Personal Injury Litigation and is the co-manager of the Firm.

Mr. O'Koon has represented clients in state and federal courts and has appeared in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is the founding partner of the Firm and holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Prior to starting the firm in 1990, Mr. O'Koon held various positions including General Counsel to the Kentucky Department for Human Resources, Assistant Jefferson County Attorney, Chief Prosecutor in Juvenile Court and appointed to the Kentucky Attorney Generals Ad-Hoc Committee on Court Reform. In addition to his professional pursuits, he has volunteered and served on various community and charitable committees and projects and is the past chairman of the Republic Bank Golf Challenge.

Jeffrey P. Hintermeister

Jeff Hintermeister is the managing attorney for the Indianapolis office of O'Koon Hintermeister, PLLC. Jeff's practice includes a broad range of civil litigation and trial work, including business litigation, personal injury, and alternative dispute resolution. He has tried cases in Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Texas. Jeff was born in Gary, Indiana and grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Lake Charles, Louisiana, where his father worked in the oil and gas industry. He graduated from Louisiana State University and LSU Law School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and received an LL.M. degree (Master of Laws) from Emory University Law School in Atlanta. After working at firms in Tulsa and Houston, he returned to Indiana and has lived in Indianapolis since 1999.
