Anna concentrates a significant portion of her practice to labor & employment issues including employment discrimination, wage-hour, workplace harassment, labor relations, worker’s comp, and other human resources and personnel-related issues. Prior to joining the Indiana office, she was an employment attorney in the litigation of employment discrimination claims in federal court and before agencies including the EEOC, the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, and the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. She has gained practical experience working for the firm in the areas of immigration, contract, and personal injury.
