James Bolen

Overview

James has been the supervising attorney for the Indiananapolis office since 2008.

Growing up in the Midwest, James was instilled at a young age with a strong work ethic, a sense of loyalty, devotion, and undying commitment to his clients. James is driven to make a difference in the lives of those who have been victimized, severely injured, or families who have lost a loved one as a result of another’s negligence.  In addition to litigating asbestos personal injury actions, James serves as counsel in numerous, medical device, pharmaceutical, and toxic tort cases. He has actively participated in the litigation and trials of numerous mesothelioma and asbestos-related injury cases which resulted in multi-million-dollar recoveries for the injured and their families.

James is active in his community coaching youth sports through the Catholic Youth Organization in wrestling and football for 13 years and supporting the local little league as a coach for 11 years. Another passion of his is the  Miles for Myeloma organization. This incredible foundation raises money to combat the horrible disease of Multiple Myeloma.  This blood cancer took his father’s life in July 2021 after a heroic battle with the disease for 16 years
