Jim has been a practicing attorney since 2007.
Overview
Jim He initially focused his practice in insurance defense. However, since joining O’Koon Hintermeister, Jim has broadened his areas of practice to include business law and formation, complex property management, litigation and development issues; commercial and residential properties; general real estate law and real estate investment, including review and drafting of purchase agreements, deeds, leases and syndication. Jim is also a combat veteran and advocate for military/family and veteran’s rights issues.
