Prior to attending law school, Lisa worked for 8 years as a paralegal while she completed her undergraduate studies.
Since graduating law school in 1998, Lisa's practice has focused primarily in the areas of complex commercial property acquisitions and sales and related property management, litigation and development issues; landlord-tenant law for both commercial and residential properties; general real estate law, including reviewing and drafting purchase contracts, deeds, leases and lease amendments; business law and formation; income tax law, including offer in compromise; family law; and civil litigation. Lisa joined O'Koon Hintermeister in April 2013 and has since expanded her practice into the areas of employment law, collections, and consumer finance. She also handles all uncontested divorces for the firm. Lisa is happily married and enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She is also an advocate for animal rescue and adoption, and she donates her time, talent and treasure to several local rescue organizations.
